Our Family run small site is open all year round & we welcome Tourers, Caravans & Tents. Solway View offers a great based from which to explore the lands, villages and towns of Dumfries & Galloway. Camping & Caravan pitches have a picnic bench. All Caravan pitches have Electric Hook-up (EHU) & some have hardstanding. Camping pitches have a campfire area & a few have EHU. Facilities on Site: Heated modern WC/Shower block; Disabled WC & Shower; Washing machine; Shieling Dryer; Nature Trail, Farm & Woodland Walks; Cooking Hut; Camp Fires Allowed; Highchair Available; Children’s Play Area

Mains of Auchenfranco campsite     nr Dumfries

We are a small Caravan & Camping club Certified Site, which means we can accept up to 5 caravans or motorhomes per night plus tents. The campsite is a spacious 1.5 acre site with trees, hedges and flowerbeds ensuring space and privacy between units. We are a quiet hideaway site which does not have a shower/loo block, therefore own san is essential.

CS campsites are exclusively for C & C club members, although non- members are very welcome as they can join the club on arrival to our site.

Kippford Holiday Park    

Kippford Holiday Park in Dumfries and Galloway is the perfect holiday location with our private woodland with 8000 year old bluebell area, woodland trails, breeding Red Squirrel population, nearby nature reserve and views across the sea and the Galloway Hills. Touring Caravan, Motorhome and Campervan pitches are set in small groups and screened by lovely landscaping and natural terracing, by granite and gorse outcrops. All touring pitches have electric hook-ups and most are hardstanding. Some Super Pitches are available. Tent pitches are grass and level; most pitches have electric hook-ups.
