Last minute cottages - Search

It is best to book well in advance when planning your self-catering holiday, as the peak time for bookings is in January each year and most cottages in the Highlands become fully booked for the summer season. That way you can choose the cottage that most suits your needs, situated in the area you prefer.

If however you are looking for a cottage with last-minute availability in the next few weeks, you can use our search form to search for available cottages in the area you want. The form can only search those cottages with Scotland's largest self-catering agency; for owner-managed cottages, you have to enquire at each cottage instead.
