The Bothy Fionnphort, Isle of Mull
The Bothy is a 32' x 12' caravan tucked away in a quiet corner of our back garden at Seaview Bed & Breakfast overlooking the moors in the heart of Fionnphort village, and has spacious living accommodation including a double bedroom and a small twin room (for children only) with comfortable sofa seating in the living area, a corner dining unit, well equipped kitchen and shower room and additional toilet. The Bothy has its own south facing sun patio, small enclosed garden area, picnic bench and wooden sun loungers. Ideal for couples wishing to stay longer and explore the local area and walks, soak up its history, and enjoy the rugged wilderness and sandy beaches.

The principal house of the Glenaros Estate, this large and richly characterful property has excellent views over estate woodland towards the Sound of Mull and the hills of Morvern. Rowan Cottage has been in the family for 4 generations and has been tastefully refurbished to provide a very comfortable and relaxing base for your holiday. Sleeping 4 in two bedrooms, Rowan Cottage has a cosy lounge with open fire, spacious and well-equipped kitchen diner, shower room and lovely garden with picnic bench and barbeque.

Situated in south west Mull, on a farm 2 miles from Bunessan and surrounded by stunning scenery, the three comfortable cottages, which sleep 10, 8 & 2, offer a perfect base for walking, fishing & birdwatching. Overlooking Loch Assapol and within walking distance of secluded beaches, they also provide easy access to Iona. Open all year round, the cottages, all with woodburning stoves, can be booked individually or altogether to accommodate large groups of up to 20.

Treshnish and Haunn Cottages near Calgary, Isle of Mull
Located near Treshnish Point, these lovingly restored farm buildings are situated in breathtaking scenery. Each cottage has its own character and is stylishly furnished to combine traditional looks with modern comforts and ecological features. As well as stunning views, these cottages are well sited for spotting wildlife including red deer, otters on the shore, hen harriers, golden eagles and numerous orchids and other flowers in the summer months.
The cottages sleep between 2 and 6 with the Studio providing disabled access. The Treshnish Cottages are clustered near the farm, whilst the Haunn Cottages have a more remote feel as they are further along the track towards Treshnish Point. A great location for relaxing, walking, wildlife watching or exploring the island.

Eastcroft Holiday Cottage Lochdon, Isle of Mull
Eastcroft is a traditional crofters cottage which has been considerably modernised since it was built in 1858 by the present owners great-great-grandfather. It is situated at Lochdon, which is a small peaceful community built around the head of a sea loch and is about 3 miles from the ferry terminal at Craignure. There are beautiful views, an abundance of wildlife to be seen and sea eagles are often sighted over the loch. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature.

Just a short distance from Craignure, this modern studio apartment sits within a group of beautifully converted farm buildings that occupy an elevated position with stunning views towards Duart Castle and the Sound of Mull. The Studio offers a great base from which to explore the island. There are delightful walks from the Studio along the coastline of Duart Bay - an evening stroll along the single track road towards the castle is a great way to enjoy the beautiful sunsets.

Ardnacross Farm lies between Salen and Tobermory, with breathtaking views down the Sound of Mull. Our family have farmed here for 3 generations. We have a very well equipped and extremely comfortable large family house sleeping 12 as well as 2 beautiful cottages. There is a wide range of walks down to the beaches and up the hill within the farm and dogs are welcome. Easy access to the water makes it ideal for viewing an amazing variety of wildlife including otters, dolphins and porpoises as well as white-tailed and golden eagles.

The Coach House Ardfenaig, Isle of Mull
Only the outside walls of this old granite building could be retained when the Coach House was converted into a self catering cottage. Now fully insulated against the elements and centrally heated, the Coach House offers the best of modern living in a truly traditional building. Situated in the spacious grounds and gardens of Ardfenaig House, the Coach House looks out onto a large pond and across Loch Caol to Bunessan village and the mountains of Glen More. Alongside it runs a burn, and a gate leads onto the open spaces of the Ross of Mull-hills and heather, sea and sand.

The property offers access to walking on Ben Talla, Ben More and the surrounding mountains of central Mull. The area supports a variety of wildlife and is ideal for bird watching with resident barn owls, hen harriers and pairs of golden and sea eagles. Kilbeg is a traditional 3 bedroom cottage sleeping 6 with a wood burning stove and all modern conveniences.

Baliscate is a fine mid-nineteenth century house, set in a large garden on the approach to of Tobermory, with views to the sea across the Sound of Mull. 10 minutes walk from the seafront, shops and restaurants. The house has been recently converted into self catering apartments.
Garden Apartment has a double room with double bed, so suitable for a couple or a single person. It has an ensuite shower room. Seaview Apartment has a family room with double and a single bed, so suitable for 2 adults and a child or a couple or the room can be used as a twin using both beds. It has an ensuite bathroom with over the bath shower.
