The property was completed in the summer of 2007 and, so far, has been used only by the owners. It is part of a small development of luxury lodges built around the edge of a lochan in the Strath of Appin, situated between Tummel Bridge and Aberfeldy

The house sleeps six, and the the accommodation comprises a large open-plan living/dining/kitchen area with 3 double bedrooms (2 double, 1 twin), all with adjoining bathroom/shower-rooms. The living room and the front bedroom both have patio doors opening out onto an area of decking which overlooks the lochan.
