Bruach Cottage Pitlochry
Bruach Cottage is an old property of real character, converted from a 19th Century Coach House built with traditional solid stone walls. It is situated on a leafy lane, just a very short walk from the centre of Pitlochry.
Comfortably sleeping 4, the cottage has been fully renovated and has benefited from full redecoration, a new kitchen and double glazing to bring it up to an excellent standard, yet it still retains all the charm and character which make it so special. The cottage is an ideal base to explore Pitlochry and rural Perthshire and is perfect to return to for some relaxation after a day out enjoying the Highlands.

In Highland Perthshire, this secluded detached comfy wee cottage lies behind Kinaldy House 3 miles west of Calvine and the A9 main road. Blair Atholl 9, Pitlochry 14, Aberfeldy 22 and Perth 40 miles.
Pine panelled and double glazed throughout. Sitting/dining room has open range fire. Well-equipped kitchen includes electric cooker, microwave, washing machine and slow cooker.

Elmwood Pitlochry
Elmwood is a traditionally built stone villa situated in a quiet residential area, close to Pitlochry town centre and all the local attractions and amenities are within easy walking distance from the house. The front terrace is south facing with an open aspect with lovely views over the hills. A perfect place to relax after your walk! Situated on the first floor, both our apartments are very similar and each can accommodate 2 people. Both a large lounge with open plan kitchen/dining area and bathroom. One has a double bedded room, the other has a choice of double or twin. 2 singles can also be arranged.

Set in three acres of grounds with wildlife on the doorstep.

This attractive holiday lodge is situated on the banks of the river in the private riverside moorings area of the beautiful wooded River Tilt Park, with lovely views from the balcony over the river. Balnakilly Cottage and Cabins
There is a traditional cottage, a norwegian timber house and four norwegian log cabins, offering the choice of traditional or modern. All properties have colour TV. Some have open fires. Pets are welcome and they will love all the various walks, but please don't let them chase the sheep!

Blacksmith's Cottage Dall, Loch Rannoch
Half way along the south side of Loch Rannoch, standing in 2.5 acres of ground, Blacksmith's Cottage nestles into the edge of the Black Wood of Rannoch. The cottage is over a hundred years old. Now fully equiped for comfortable self-catering holidays, it is only a few minutes walk from the lochside.
The cottage sleeps 4 with double and twin bedrooms. The sittingroom has an open fire and the kitchen / diningroom a woodburning stove. The bathroom has electric emersion water heater and bath. There is a games room to the rear with half size, slate bed snooker table and darts board. We have lots of books, jigsaws and games for the not so good days. We have membership of the local hotel swimming pool and gym.

This immensely popular highland farmhouse stands in seclusion among meadows at the foot of Ben-a-Chuallaich and has breathtaking panoramic views south across the glen to Schiehallion. It is attractively furnished with comfort in mind and is perfect for one or two couples or for a family.
A spacious holiday home, Maragdubh has a sitting room facing south with the panoramic view. The cosy open fire is surrounded by sofa and easy chairs and coffee table with occasional tables and lamps. There are also plenty of books and puzzles and some dvds and videos to keep you occupied. The large dining room is just off the kitchen with dining table and chairs. The kitchen is galley style. The bathroom has a large bath, basin and W.C. Upstairs are two large bedrooms and an en-suite shower room.

In an elevated position above the River Garry this detached cottage has wonderful views over the picturesque village of Blair Atholl. Spectacular Blair Castle has a superb display of arms, furniture and paintings. Atholl Country Life Museum, the House of Bruar and Pitlochry, home to a famous theatre and salmon fish ladder are all worth visiting. A five minute walk will take you to an indoor swimming pool, gym and 9 hole golf course.

Corrie Beag is a bright, well-kept, detached bungalow, on the edge of Pitlochry. It's a few minutes walk from attractions like the Festival Theatre, Loch Faskally and the Hydro Dam and a short distance from the centre of this popular tourist town.
