Sligachan campsite has an ideal location across the road from the most famous Mountaineers' hotel in Scotland. The site is adjacent to Loch Sligachan and there is a fantastic view of the northern Cuillin.

Onsite there are toilet facilities, shower facilities, washing machine & tumble dryer.  There are 15 electric hook-ups and a hard standing area.

Located on an eight acre working croft approximatley 6 miles from Potree, the main town of the island. The croft has an additional 10 acre apportionment with about 30 sheep, hens, ducks and 2 working Collie dogs. We sell free range eggs when available. Ideally situated for touring the island. We have beautiful views of the Cullin Hills and, nearer to home, the Snizort Loch and River and the majestic Skeabost Hotel which has a 9-hole golf course and salmon fishing permits to the main salmon fishing river of the island.

Small campsite in a unique setting on the shore at the foot of the Cuillins. Level ground for tents, touring caravans and campervans. Limited number of electrical hookups so if required book ahead. Open mid April to early October.Out of season enquiries can be made via website. Attracts climbers and walkers given closeness to the Cuillins of Skye.

John MacLean, proprietor at Torvaig, welcomes you to Skye and hopes that you have a memorable holiday.

Torvaig has 90 pitches, spread over 3 acres of land. Eighteen pitches (hard standing and grass) have electric hook-ups. The site has two toilet blocks, both with toilets, free showers, shaver points and hair driers. A chemical disposal point is also available. The laundry area is well equipped with sinks, washing machine and tumble drier. The site has a payphone accessible at all times.
