2 Elgol is a traditionally built house of local stone construction and has been completely modernised in 2009 by local builders under the direction of Helen Lucas Architects. Particular attention has been paid to insulation which gives the house a warm, cosy feel no matter what the weather does.

Tigh Lachie Elgol
Tigh Lachie combine the traditional charm of 'black house' dwelling with modern comforts to ensure a wonderful stay on the Isle of Skye. The Four Star cottage sleeps up to four in a cosy, double, curtained boxed bed and two single beds in the gallery, the cottage has under floor heated stone floors throughout, a stove in the living room and a well equipped fully fitted kitchen.
The cottage is situated in the secluded small fishing village of Elgol. At the shore there is a small harbour where local fishing boats land their catches and boat trips run into Loch Coruisk, in the heart of the Cuillins.

This lovely cottage at the tiny village of Luib has superb sea and mountain views and gardens sloping right down to the water's edge. Paddle your kayak, launch your small boat or go beachcombing directly from the house. Tigh Na Cairidh Strollamus, near Broadford
This is a beautifully modernised and extended traditional croft house, furnished and equipped to an exceptional standard. The house provides self catering accommodation for up to six people in three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The cottage takes it name from the Cairidh, a circular stone fish trap near the house.
Tigh na Cairidh is superbly located on the shores of Loch Na Cairidh with amazing views towards Broadford, the Isle of Scalpay, Beinn Na Caillich and the surrounding hills. It's position gives you easy access to the whole island as well as being convenient for a host of pubs, restaurants, shops and other facilities.

The Old Church Sconser
Built in the mid 1800s this splendid little church has been restored and furnished to a good standard. It has spiral stairs leading to a galleried area which overlooks the living room and off to a small snug bedroom which fits neatly into the attic. The property which is attached to the owners home is set in a garden with a stone bridge over the stream. A perfect central base for a holiday touring the Islands of Skye, Raasay and the Western Isles.

Fairwinds is a modern semi detached, self catering bungalow, completely non-smoking, situated in a quiet elevated position on the Elgol road with spectacular views over the Broadford River and the Red Cuillin mountains.
Fairwinds provides very comfortable accommodation for up to four, with double and twin en-suite bedrooms. The lounge with lovely views from the picture window is a good place to relax and watch the sunset after a great days walking or sightseeing. There is a spacious garden where one can relax and watch the local wildlife including many bird species. Shops, bank,post office and several excellent restaurants are within walking distance.

Heron Bay Cottage Lower Breakish, near Broadford
Situated in the small village of Lower Breakish this self cottage is a tranquil retreat only being a couple of miles from the convenience of Broadford. The cottage and garden boast unrestricted views across Broadford Bay to the mountains of Applecross, Rasaay and the Cuillins of Skye there is direct access to the shore from the garden.
The traditional croft house has recently been upgraded and totally refurbished, providing a comfortable and relaxing holiday. An ideal location for exploring both north and south ends of Skye as well as the mainland.

Otterburn Cottage Breakish, near Broadford
Otterburn Cottage is a new build two bedroom cottage situated in the peaceful village of Lower Breakish at the south end of the island. You can travel here over the Skye bridge or take a trip on the ferry from Mallaig to Armadale, Sleat. The cottage is situated approximately 50 yards from the water's edge with stunning views of the islands of Raasay and Pabay and across Broadford Bay and the inner sound.
The very well appointed cottage has two bedrooms, one double room with an en-suite shower facilities and one twin bedded room and a bathroom with bath and shower. Lovely lounge with open fire, modern, well equipped, kitchen and Wifi internet. The cottage is named after a family of otters who live nearby.
