This picturesque walk follows a shoreside path to reach Broadford pier and then continues out to the low headland beyond. There are good opportunities for spotting wildlife and flowers. The optional alternate return is boggy.

Terrain

Straightforward walking to Irishman's Point, return overland is very boggy.

Public Transport

Regular buses from Portree, Kyleakin and Kyle of Lochalsh - get off in centre of Broadford.

Start

Main Broadford car park near petrol station and toilets. Open start point in Google Maps for directions.
