Situated on the shores of Loch Ewe, Heron, sleeping 5, and Otter,sleeping 4 provide a peaceful base to relax. Both cottages are comprehensibly equipped. Prices include all power, bed linen and towels. Poolewe has a Post Office/general store, coffee shop/gallery, swimming pool and Inverewe gardens. We welcome two well behaved pets.Both cottages are non-smoking.

Welcome to Druimdarroch, a delightful house available for rent in Wester Ross - one of the few remaining truly remote areas in the UK. Located between the villages of Gairloch and Badachro, the house overlooks the sea and has direct access to the sea shore.

There are fabulous views of both loch and mountains from all the main rooms and bedrooms of the house. It is surrounded by 2 acres of land and you can watch numerous species of birds feed in the trees right outside the sitting room windows.

The croft is on the shore of Loch Ewe with panoramic views. It is a great base for exploring the sandy beaches, coasts and hills - the Beinn Eighe Nature Reserve, Slioch, and An Teallach are close by. In nearby Poolewe and Gairloch there are walks, fishing, boat trips, golf, pony trekking, swimming pool, the Inverewe Gardens,Gairloch Heritage Museum and shops and galleries. There is a large, well equipped kitchen/dining room, lounge with T.V.video, hi fi, books and games, bathroom (shower over bath), 1 double room and 2 twin rooms. Heating is electric (included), in addition there is a peat burning stove in the lounge. Outside there is parking for several cars, plenty of space to relax in the garden and field with direct access to the shore.

Relax in the living area of the flat after a days hill walking. The flat is an open plan design with a fitted kitchen, dining and sitting room areas. There are two double bedrooms, one of which is en-suite with electric shower. A separate bathroom completes the layout.

The little village of South Erradale is in a very picturesque seaside location south west of Gairloch on the single track road which ends at Red Point Beach. Glendale House is a STB 3 star self catering complex comprising of 4 self contained apartments in this small quiet village, with very scenic surroundings close to some beautiful beaches, and just 200 yards from the rocky seashore.

There is an undercover heated swimming pool (May – Oct) and the friendly welcoming bar situated in the main building is the ‘local’ for the village and offers a great place to unwind after the day’s activities. The apartments are comfortable and welcoming and sleep between 2 and 8.

Dry Island has a quite unique situation amid the superb scenery of Badachro Bay on Scotland’s magnificent West Coast, accessible at all times by by a substantial floating bridge.

Come and stay in The Creel Cabin or The Old Curing Station. Creel Cabin is of modern construction and is ideal for two people. It sits on its own amongst woodland at the back of the island. The Old Curing Station is part of a B-listed building which was built in 1785, and is a completely self-contained apartment.

Originally built in 1850 as a traditional thatched 'blackhouse', then tastefully refurbished, Caolas Beag retains much of its original charm, with low ceilings, a multi-fuel stove, exposed rafters and solid stone walls. The cottage is located beside Big Sand Beach and has stunning views overlooking the Torridon Mountain Range and the Isle of Skye. Perfect location for getting away from it all and just relaxing, or for using as a base to sample the many outdoor activities in the area.

Crofter's Cottages offer self-catering accommodation in a wonderful location beside the River Ewe in Wester Ross. Hill-walking and rock climbing abound, Torridon being 40 mins drive and Dundonnell 20 mins.

The village of Poolewe is set amongst some of the most magnificent scenery in Britain. It is a good base to get around by car, from the Beinn Eighe Nature Reserve to the old fishing village of Ullapool, or by foot with many good walks and climbs. Several sandy beaches, fishing, golf, putting and boat trips are all close by. There are two hotels where meals are available and, not to forget, the famous Inverewe Gardens with self-service restaurant.

Drumchork Farmhouse overlooks Loch Ewe and the village of Aultbea. The outline of the Isle of Lewis (The Western Isles) can also be seen on a clear day. This semi-detached property was built in 1881 and was once a working farm on Letterewe and Gruinard Estate.

During the winter months peat and coal is available (charge) for the open fire in the sittingroom. The Farmhouse has Wi-Fi so you can surf the net and check emails from the comfort of your holiday home.
