The Cottage sleeps 6 (1 double, 2 twins – all ensuite). Oil-fired central heating and an open fire in the lounge Outstandingly beautiful mountain and sea views, which can be enjoyed from every room. The Cottage is a perfect base for touring, hillwalking, cycling, bird watching, landscape photography and painting, golf, angling, and stress-free relaxation.

Though open to the public during the day, after six o'clock the woodland walks and tranquil glades of this arboreal paradise are for Little Leckmelm's visitors to enjoy at their will. The loch offers mackerel fishing and, of course, this superb and peaceful setting guarantees a choice of fine walks and opportunities to savour spectacular views.

Seagulls self catering holiday accommodation in Ullapool has three bedrooms sleeping two in each room. We have a kingsize bedroom, a double bedroom and a twin bedded room. There is a very well equipped kitchen, utility room, bathroom and additional toilet and washbasin downstairs.We have refurbished the house to a very high standard in order to achieve a four star status but it has not been graded yet.

If you like walking, wildlife, birdwatching, fishing, boat trips, golf or just to be surrounded by fantastic breathtaking views then this is the place for you. Seagulls is located in one of Ullapool's quietest and loveliest streets but is only 3-5 minutes walk from the sea front and harbour where there are shops, restaurants and pubs that offer a variety of excellent food with or without live music.

Panoramic views over Loch Broom to Beinn Dearg (3,000ft mountain) from this bungalow set in a superb elevated position. Enjoy walking, picnicking or paddling 50 yards down on the shore. Letters lies along the west side of the Loch, 11 miles from Ullapool a cosmopolitan village with busy ferry terminal for the Isles and boat trips to seek out the many birds and wildlife. Great walking and climbing in the vast nature reserves just to the north.

Ullapool, Loch Ewe, Gairloch and many other fishing villages are within easy driving distance, and within visible distance are a number of mountains and hills offering some great walks and climbs for all abilities.
