Use this site to try some local walks to build up fitness and experience. Don’t underestimate the wonderful hills not far from you. Lowther Hills was a great day out recently. The Ochils are also excellent.

The Arran Coastal Path is a fantastic walk. Surprisingly rough going on the Southern part. Harvey’s do an excellent map I used. Enjoy and let us know how you get on.
