I use a Garmin Edge so not sure if it's a similar process(check online for your devices process) I've used various methods over the years but I currently download the gpx from Walk Highlands on laptop and then insert Garmin's memory card in to laptop and copy and paste gpx file to Garmin/newfiles fo...

Yes it's a cycle path. I've done it on 700 x 32mm

Yes, it's a cycle route. I've done it on 32mm tyres easily. Some crushed gravel and the like.
