wow, what a tough slog.
I would advise biking up the glen.
Me, torpedoe, nigel and barney for this epic.
walk right past the lodge then straight up.
had a blister coming down, 8km walk back was a nightmare, knee, blister and barney to control :shock:

superb day and a fantastic walk.
stopped for a swim in the loch below the Munro.
decided to walk straight up, quite tough with a bit of climbing at the top.

The boys yearly trip

Stayed in the bothy at the foot of Ben Starav.
Great weather and fantastic walk, one of the best .
Harder than expected, but worth it. :D :D :D

weather fine for both attempts,
First time we set of from the wrong car park, in the wrong valley, trekking through a jungle and across a mountain to nowhere.
Second attempt was fantastic just for the view at the top :shock: :shock: :shock:

Meall Glas

Me and Barney.
cracking day on a surprisingly tiring trip.
good weather with no wind.
great views on top easy first Munro, second one more difficult.
walked round the back then across to the top of the second one, looked a bit steep and tiring straight up.

Dalmally double

What a fantastic walk.
Started cloudy and cool, soon warmed and turned out to be a blue sky, no wind fabulous walk.
Took our time and loved every minute.
