Re: Gillean...Bastier...Bruach na Frithe

Fantastic photos and I share your feelings and thought. When I did these in 2015, a fantastic week and overcome some mental issues that I had stored for many a year to the fact that I thought I wouldn't complete the Munros. Well done all.

Re: A Triple Completion on Mull

Well done the triplets it has been some journey and the co-ordinating has been challenging. You could have 'borrowed' some of my photo's as you wouldn't have many "action" shots being at the back. It turned out to be a cracking day and almost as busy as the Ben. A shame we couldn't stay f...

Re: A Triple Completion on Mull

Congratulations again George (and John & Ali) on ticking off the final Munro. The weather was indeed perfect, and myself & my boys had a great time joining you. Hopefully, seeing others reaching the end of the list of 282 will stick with them as I continue to encourage then to get out in th...

A Triple Completion on Mull

I started walking in 2008 with Ali and John who started a few years before me and they had a head start for a fair few Munros that I would eventually catch up on. Our completion was always going to be Beinn Sgritheal due to the proximity of one of our favourite eating and drinking places, the Glen E...

Re: Back in the groove

Thanks Martin a good report of a good day, but Munro's are easier by far, on Meall Ghaordaidh yesterday and it was a piece of cake against Hill of Stake.

Re: 2 easy hills, then we were bitten on the bottom

Good report Martin and love your insect photo opportunities, not often you catch them in shot. Just in case anyone wants to see John Brown's grave, personally I didnt think it was worth the detour.... so luckily I cheated and just zoomed in. https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/48363180142_7b...

Re: The Magnificent Seven conquer The Seven - a walk backwar

Well done all and Heather a special mention for doing such a great report. . I still stick by my suggestion this is the best way of doing it having the sharp ascent at the beginning and not coming down that way with very tired feet. :D

Re: Guiding on Carn Eighe 3 (Glen Affric) via Coire Leachavi

Cheers Parminder. Yes Martin we had a much better trip path wise than you guys up MFC by the look of it, shame because from the Cottage MFC looked really good. I think with out injury you would have been fine on your route with all the borders training.

Guiding on Carn Eighe 3 (Glen Affric) via Coire Leachavie
