I really need to get fit and I love the outdoors , so that’s the best way forward. I’ve just got back from Arran , and went up Goat Fell , so I’ve got the bug now and feel motivated to do more. Tomorrow I plan to do Section 7 of the John Muir Way, and go up Tinto some time this week. Slow beginnings...
