Garadhban forest to wild camp just beyond Inversnaid hotel. Day 3. Inversnaid to Crianlarich crossroads above Crianla...

Re: Carn a'Mhaim to corrour bothy

Yes I dropped down to Corrour bothy from Carn A mhaim by the route you suggest on a Oct 2016 backpack. From memory I didnt have to walk that far South from the summit before I was able to drop down a bit then contour around and eventually meet the path coming over from Derry Lodge

Anybody who was at the walkhighlands last meet at Bearknock want to take a guess at this. We,(about 12 of us) were on this Corbett on the Saturday Since I was one of the 12, I know the answer but I don't think I should use this as advantage   Go for it, saves me checking every few days!

Re: Public showers that are currently open?

Cant answer your question directly but if you are on Facebook, the FB page of this website Talkhighlands has a post regarding public showers in the Highlands, might be able to start your query from there. Facing the same predicament myself with no hostels or bunkhouses open or readily available. Cou...

Re: Torridon Camping Options

Used to be able to use the field owned by the community, above Sheildaig village. There was a cold water tap by the gate and toilets in the village. Payment was an honesty box. Last used this around 2013 so I don't know if that or the toilets are in use at the minute
