the beech tree also has a tap outside.

along with shops etc along the way i don't think you will use your filter.

i did it June 2021 in a scorching 25c+ and never used mine.

i can't take credit for this got it off an american but ikea do a trunk bag 70L capacity weighs 185g (on my scales)

thanks all as always.

have been in touch with glasgow airport and they will wrap it for approx £15 depending on size.

its a question of protection at the end of the day just how protected do i want my gear.

ok so does anyone have any experience of checking in their backpack? how did you protect it? prevent the straps etc from being damaged in the airport? i have two packs not decided on which yet but one has bullet hole mesh on the back panel (a 35L) so will probably need totally covering the other is ...

I don’t know how much you want to pay but try atom packs they have off the shelf and custom made packs. Tom who runs the company is 6’5” so am sure if you got in touch he would easily sort you out. I have two they are very light 600g 35L and 700g for a 50L although not cheap the quality is excellent...
