Kinlochleven isn't actually in Glen Nevis. You could cross the Mamores, but no doubt the most straightforward walking route would be to reverse the final stage of the West Highland Way.

Where you diverge from that, from Loch an Eilein to Loch Morlich, is on large, clear paths.

I don't know if the bridge has reopened yet, but there was a signed diversion that went over the railway and then the road bridge. Do let us know if you find things have changed - email link in every walk description to do this.

Hi Pam I'm not sure entirely where you were walking, but I don't think you were walking the route on Walkhighlands - is that correct? Having seen this thread we've completed this course this afternoon. Firstly, the course is aimed specifically at people working in the outdoors in the UK, though I think lots of other people might find it useful and interesting.
