I was up yesterday , it was absolutely fine , there was no need for crampons etc , as long as theres no snow fall during the week , normal walking gear will be suffice

Last time I was there was late last year, the gate at the bottom was open but a sign said it may be locked at any time. I parked in Kinlochleven the last time I went up past Mamore lodge but could have parked at the bottom of the road beside the gate or at the lodge. What are your plans? Planning o...

Stob Coire Raineach (Buachaille Etive Beag) it's a great wee walk , think it's only about 5 miles and not that much ascent for the 2 munros

That's me got things sorted ....... I'm a definite for Sunday , weather's looking not too bad the now . Smashing stuff....haven't set a time yet....how long you reckon for the 5? as fast as the slowest walker .... probably about the same sort of walk as the SGSR , what was your time for that Gill ....
