warm day doing The Ring of Steall

Rained the full way, used mountain bike up the track and back.

Light snow on hills with good visability

Good report Gill, done both these on Saturday to, think I spoke to you briefly before you climbed Beinn an Dothaidh, I was the solo guy having a snack near the bealach. I remember getting to the summit of Beinn Dorain to have the hail driven by the wind into my face

was still an enjoyable day.

Winters walk up Beinn Tulaichean & Cruach Adrain from Inverlochlarig. plenty of snow above the 700m line.

Nice Clear day at the Cobbler with solid ice and snow on the route up and down.

Ben Ledi & Benvane, snow and clag.

A boggy walk up to Bienn Chabair was ice and snow from 650m upwards with the summit in clag.

Need to get round to doing these ones been put off by the bog around these hills, done An Caisteal & Beinn a'Chroin and wasn't keen going back after being knee deep in some of the bog.

Mayar & Driesh, started off promising until the wind and clouds came down on Driesh.

A winters walk up Schehallion, windy day and clag on summit which cleared on the return to the carpark.

I was up there the day before in similar conditions, done Meall a'Bhuiridh walked over to the ridge and looked at Creise and decided not to bother didn't expect so much snow up there.

I was up there on Saturday 09/06/2012 amazing the difference in conditions.

Shame about the boots
