I find Craghoppers trousers fit badly, the crotch/gusset hangs too far down (no puns please) which restricts movement, particularly when ascending.

Absolutely, but MRT's have been using Viewranger for years so it's not a bad backup.

Just to clarify though - I don't think the OS maps subscription works with Viewranger, you have to buy VR maps separately.
