Beinn Ime (My 7th Munro) 6th Aug 2012
To locate Beinn Ime just follow the same path in Arrocher that you would use to climb Ben Arthur (The Cobbler) and Beinn Narnain. Park in the car park at the start of the path which is £1 all day. The path up to Ben Narnain is brutal, I abs outely hate the walk up. Once you reach the back path to Th...

Re: Stunning Carn Mor Dearg, CMD Arete and Ben Nevis
Cheers for directing me to your report, those photos were awesome !! a million times better than what I experienced on Nevis, the route you took looks more like the way I would enjoy rather than that awful tourist path .... That will be the route I take when I tackle Nevis again

Re: Ben Nevis (My 6th Munro)
Thanks guys, and yeah, the toursist path = nightmare, at one stage there must have been about 50 people in a crowd, some stag thing .... in total I must have said hello to people about 300 times lol. On the way down it's so annoying, constantly having to stop and let people past, I will do Nevis aga...

Ben Nevis (My 6th Munro)
So, I completed the task of doing the highest Munro, Ben Nevis on 14th July 2012. This was my 6th Munro and out of the 6 I have done I liked this one the least, the path is brutal, very very rocky and the amount of people going up and down the path was just ridiculous at times .... however, it was a...

Re: Ben Narnain (My 4th Munro)
Adding Beinn Ime to your day is highly recommended. http://www.walkhighlands.co.uk/lochlomond/beinn-ime.shtml That was the plan to begin with but on the day it was very very cloudy, and I didn't take a map so I thought it was a bit dodgy to attempt it .... I could have done the cobbler but I was ha...
