Also there seems to be different interpretations of this story depending where you read about it. As a dog owner ( Angus the Cairn Terrier) I can’t imagine leavi...

Outstanding effort and fab report!
Still to do these mountains and the way you split your trip up with the camping sounds ideal
I was looking over to these mountains on Wednesday as I was up An Teallach
Well done!

Re: Loch Morar in the rain and goodbye to Tess
So sorry for your loss of your great dog Tess
I have a wee Cairn called Angus and dread that day
But as everyone has said you have some amazing memories together
I hope you find some comfort in the time you had together especially in the mountains

Re: Scottish Government approves Lomond camping ban
Well put across from Cameron McNeish
As he stated, what's next to get the heavy handed treatment ?
He gave solutions and not problems to this particular subject with the assistance of experienced people yet was totally ignored!
As usual the minority spoil it for the majority

Re: Walking Poles
Hi and I can thoroughly recommend Mountainking Supertrekker poles.
I have used them for many years on Munros all year round.
They are made in the UK and are light and well priced.

Re: Lost Ice Axe
Hi Gary and it's Scott whom you met at Bob Scotts with my mate Alan. We found your ice axe on the path outside the bothy and we put in back in the bothy as we knew that you and Craig were coming back for the rest of your gear. Alan nipped back with it so I will check where exactly he put it. Strange...

Re: not Foula disappointment after all
Well done for getting out and about!
I visit the Shetlands every 2 or 3 weeks ( I pass through Scatsta and Sumburgh occasionally) as I work offshore. It would be great to see the place properly and your pics are excellent.
I hope you're now on the road to recovery.
