Found Boots specs in Glen Dessary.

Hi, Found Boots branded specs at summit of Sgurr Nan Coirechan on Thursday morning at 09:00, just feet from the summit cairn. They were positioned as if on way to ridge towards Sgurr na Ciche. Black case with boots logo, glasses and cleaning cloth in case. If I lost mine, it would be disaster. If th...

Re: New member looking for a hill walking buddy

Hi Eileen,

I’m based in Southern Edinburgh and head to Highlands every month. I have 20 left and always happy to take any up and join. I tend to walk during weeks but happy at weekends. I always bring my pooch Skye.

Drop me a line if you wish.

Heading up Ben cleuch Fife tomorrow

Re: Liathach: Munros 2 & 3

Well done. This is one of the scariest Munro's ive been on. I toure the escape path rather than the ridge itself, so aiming to go for a retry on day.

Cracking shots.

Weekly/Monthly meet ups Edinburgh South

Hi,

Is there anyone that’s interested in meeting up in Southern Edinburgh on a weekly or monthly basis.

I’m aware that there are groups like Jacobites in central Edinburgh, however they are V diff climber grades.

Let me know if interested.

Pete

Re: Glenbrittle Campsite

Perhaps thats why they were achieving a nice penny or two.. how did the contamination get there.

By law, I'm pretty sure any available tape water for the public has to be cleaned at the first instance.

Hmmm

Mullardoch Tuesday

Hi,

I'm planning on getting the boat from Mullardoch Dam to the far end to take on the remote side of Bunula Forest. Anyone else interested?

Kind of curious whether to leave a car there and another at Affric car park for a circuit to include M-Fraoch..choire

Any thoughts?
