Walked this circle 24th of December 2022...
From a technical point of view it's easy walking, no scrambling or climbing involved, but I can't tell if it is boggy or not, since everything was frozen at that time of the year.

Latheron Lane Car Park is the best option.
Stayed there multiple times overnight, never a problem.
Close to Tesco and a 5min stroll "downtown"... ;-)
