I was just concerned as Glen Pean has had storm damage this winter, and Oban looks a good bit more exposed. I wouldn't read too much into that (unless there has been more that I'm not aware of). My understanding is that the storm damage at Glen Pean was the new toilet building rather than the bothy...

Usually open by mid-late March I think, judging by the announcements from previous years. I have used it a couple of times in the past at that sort of time, although not for a few years. I don't think there are applications in for all of those locations - looks like an exercise in having a load of backup spots identified in case the one put forward for planning gets rejected.
