You can camp at the Glencoe Mountain Resort across from the Kingshouse.

There is the citylink bus as described above but if going to Glencoe village there is also the normal local bus Fort William to Kinlochleven, hourly during the day. Not a coach so no cargo hold, I've been on it a few times and it was never full - might be best to contact Stagecoach in advance though...
