Ben Challum

A gi dreek day. Difficult navigation at the top and going along the ridge, views of less than 10metres. Cornices to avoid.

Great Day Out climbing the infamous Curved Ridge. Very Scary at times!

A Great Day in Glencoe - Buachaille Etive Beag

I have been wanting to go hillwalking in Glencoe ever since I started and finally made it up last weekend. And what a cracking day we were rewarded with for walking. Left home in the Borders at 6.30am with Chris and Crust & after stopping for a quick shot of the Big Bookil we arrived at the star...

An Caisteal, Beinn a'Chroin, Beinn Chabhair

Walked with Chris, fairly easy going once up on the platuae, poor weather and views, not the most exciting of walks but still enjoyed it though.

Beinn Ghlas & Ben Lawers

Walked with Chris & Crust, Not many views as cloudy, very windy, windiest so far, lack of snow at top compared to what i expected. Really enjoyed the walk though in conditions new to me

Drumochter - Sgairneach Mhor & Beinn Udlamain

Enjoyable winter walk, solo walk, weather forecast was to be 90% cloud free chance but it was cloudy (DOH!) Had fun descending second munro (bum slides and ice axe practice) :D

As for the peak in the mist I didn't explain it very well. It was roughly 180 degrees in the opposite direction of cruach ardrain and my camera was fully zoomed. It was a fair distance away. We had wondered if it was scheihallion. Had a whaleback look to it at first before I got the photo

Cheers for all the comments guys, it sure was a great day, yea the back down the ridge photo is good, I've actually got a video of those clouds creeping over the ridge, was stunning to watch!
