Re: Creag Meagaidh Circuit

I don't suppose too many people get replies to their posts 10 years later :) What a set of coincidences, me taking the photo, posting it, someone seeing it then meeting you...and even then it might not have come up in the conversation! Thanks for posting, it's a 10 year old mystery solved and so gla...

Re: Sgurr nan Gillean on Skye.

Lovely video - SnG is one of the best on the ridge. We were just starting on the b***aching ascent of Gars-bheinn as you were setting off. Wasn't it just a brilliant day though, early mist notwithstanding? I was quite surprised how relatively few people there were on the ridge. For example, no queu...

Re: Sgurr nan Gillean on Skye.

Well, from 6:10 you do get the views for your effort, don't you? Great video. I've only seen Sgur nan Gillean, let alone climb it. Looked scary enough, as you're willing to admit it is. Thanks jacob, it's all relative I suppose as due to coming up the wrong way my descent seemed like quite a...

Re: Crib Goch

Thanks Chris, yes there's a lot of back and forwards to get the footage required but not a problem on such a good day.

Re: Suilven - summit wild camp.

Thanks for the kind comments everyone, it really was a memorable trip. Fantastic! As you know (I think) I was also camping on the summit a few days later, what a magic place to spend the night, one I will never forget, and I'm sure you feel the same. I didn't know you were on here when I saw the vid...
