I had a look at this and the videos highlight issues at climbing walls, running clubs etc. I don't think the issues apply to folk hillwalking in the Scottish Highlands. Maybe it would be handy for guides and instructors, but generally I don't see any barrier that doesn't affect all people and cultur...

There's not so much hitch hiking in the highlands nowadays. Though the demographics have changed, you should still be able to get a lift to Uig or Portree where the bus options are better.
