Re: Canada - Finding winter at Upper Kananaskis Lake

Hey Chris Sound report and awesome photos. I hope you were a gentleman and walked out to check the ice before MrsW  You live in such a beautiful part of the world (I know I've said it before...) We have family in Canada in Saint Catherines, Ontario and hope to get over there either this year ...

Re: Lost Dog

I feel sick.... We lost our dog Ben in the same area. It was a terrible time and everyone in walk highlands helped so much to try and find him. It's a horrible place to be. Wished I'd looked on here sooner, I'd have gone out to help look for him. So sorry... :(

Re: Trekking in Ladakh: Part One

Absolutely awesome report and cracking pictures, especially the macro shots of the flowers. Looks a stunning trek to be on and seeing all that wildlife too.

A very enjoyable read :)

Re: Canada - Reids Ridge - My worst day in stunning surround

Now please don't take this as the wrong way Chris, you're a good friend and I want to keep it that way...... As a nurse Chris, I'd love to say "a huge b**ch slap in the puss from me" because you should have known better than to go out feeling the way you did. Heat plus water loss at your e...

Re: BLENCATHRA via sharp edge

Excellent report. The photos are stunning and i love how you've captured other walkers in your pictures. Shows great scale of just how big and beautiful this ridge and surrounding area is. That sharp ridge and bits you had to scramble/climb up looked very scarey indeed, I wouldn't have the nerve to ...

Re: Lost dog on A' Mharconaich area

Thanks GillC, ballarat and Boulderdash, The voice mail message was pretty sick, don't want to repeat it on here but it was very obvious they knew our old lad had been hit by a train by what they'd said.... Extremely obvious that they knew... Boulderdash.... you came out SO many times like others, we...

Re: Lost dog on A' Mharconaich area

Any one recognise this phone number? 07*** ****** We've been getting abusive phone calls from it about Benji. Please pm me if you know this number. Thanks :( MOD: While this is an awful thing to have to deal with, posting a mobile phone number on a public forum is not advised - see http://www.thesit...
