Carn AnTuirc, Cairn of Claise, and Glas Maol

Perfect weather and enjoyable hike. First summit was hardest though not too challenging. Next two were very easy as well as the descent.

Mount Keen

Very long walk to get to the mountain itself from Glen Tanar. Nice views but may have preferred taking the shorter route from Glen Esk. Overall nice views and nice summit.

Stob Coire Sgriodan

Started doing the walk for Chno Dearg and Stob Coire Sgriodan. Took a while to find the start, but once it the right place there is a clear sign stating the end of the public road. There is a fork to the right not mentioned on the sight that goes up for trucks but stay left there. The hike was very ...

Walked from the car park in Lin of Dee. Easy to follow tracks and path most of the way. Path diminishes a bit towards he summit but easy enough to find summit off to the right. Fine hike, pretty nice views at the top. LOTS of midges in the car park and up through the forest at the beginning of the h...

Couldn't finish the route due to weather but great views and fun hike. Quite a bit if scrambling and a steep ascent to start. Definitely will be back.

Nice solo hike

Nice views along the whole route, bit boggy and hard to follow at times but easily readjusted with clear trails surrounding. Three small summits completed and lots of animals seen on the hike.

Favourite Hike

Got lost initially as the path looks very similar if you turn left too early. Walking along logging trail led to wrong place and directions are a bit confusing by the lochan but overall very cool hike and will be back again to complete both summits. Only made the first summit this time around.
