I've never heard of Kendal Mint Cakes but I generally pack one protein snack for every hour and a half I'm walking. Plus lunch and a snack for when I get back to the car.

Like others I walk every day. I have a boisterous German Shepherd that needs good walks so I have to get out regardless of the weather. I also do a lot of stretching and weight lifting. Both for general fitness and because I bust my knee playing rugby and need to keep the muscles round about it stro...

I have considered using the Loch Mullardoch ferry for a lift in and possibly out. Still in the idea stage.
