Ariundle on Ardamurchan is pretty amazing but not entirely sure if camping is allowed in it.....good hostel near it however

"In music, metric modulation is a change in pulse rate (tempo) and/or pulse grouping (subdivision) which is derived from a note value or grouping heard before the change" so I am not sure if metrication will help me in the hills.....

Ca va Any walk with people that young needs a few 'escape' routes due to eg weather, illness etc so I would really agree with the Arran Coastal path with all its support options plus it has a few remote parts so as to be an adventure too - I'm sure a group of cold and wet Scouts would welcome the ex...

CalMac are going through a bit of a rough time lately eg ferries breaking down and new ones undelivered by ship yard plus the inevitable weather cancellations - be flexible when you plan your trip - although of course the Western Isles are awful anyway - terrible place

It is indeed boggy and a bit of a roller coaster height wise.....views however (between rain clouds) is amazing

AS for that photo? nobody go there at all - tell all your friends it is awful and not worth it PLEASE!!!!

......am assuming MWIS gets the basics from the Met Office then tweaks a few extras in eg effect of altitude etc as for example Met Office ‘wind chill’ is defined at a 2m height?
