Been over 5 weeks. In the interests of keeping it going which fell is this?

Came that way on the CWT in 2015 John. I recall the lower glen being boggy ,having a river crossing and a large deer fence which had a high stile. The path up through the corrie to the old road was a fine walking path but I cant recall its suitability for cycling

Didn't bother reading the article. Was in the bar in the Fife on Sat 18/5 on the TGO along with a horde of other walkers. Food and drink a plenty, cant see any issues.

Long time ago I did what seemed like a long torturous route around to Ben Aden from Sgurr na Ciche. Your problem would be getting down to the River Carnach from Ben Aden the ground is very steep and rocky NW from the top and you may have to go NNE from the top pick up the path nr the Lochan
