Bidean Nam Bian

Parked early about half eightish so had mountain to myself. Good path going up majority of route, following stream. Only in a couple of places was it necessary to use hands taking care where the path was lost crossing stream. Wind gusting on summit ridges made it uncomfortable, partly due to getting...

Re: Bidean nam Bian Stob Coire Sgreamhach

Changed to Sunday, hoping to get better weather but conditions weren't great so just went up Bidean and left Stob Coire Sgreamhach. How did you find the crossing from Bidean? I got a bit close to the edge in the mist a couple of times which kinda put me off till another time.

Re: Bidean nam Bian Stob Coire Sgreamhach

Looks great! I love Glen Coe and I think your photos really did it justice. I have just checked the most recent update on the weather front which isn't the best for tomorrow, what's your opinion of the walk in terms of strong wind? It will of course be good to do the walk to pick up any feebies left...

Re: Mayar / Driesh

Hi Michael,

I'm interested, I have walked up Mayar but my walking partner that day didn't want to go up Driesh too as she had already been up that one. I would like to do them both.
