Re: Glen Coe Massacre 2012 *Extremely long post warning!

Wow! Fantastic photos of a classic mountaineering route! I've only done this route once in the snow and that was on the end of a rope  Well done both. You're braver (or dafter!) than me

Re: An extremely memorable trip for all the wrong reasons :)

Oh dear BC, that's not good :( but well done for battling on  The plus side is you can use this to your advantage until Dougie susses you out. Just keep telling him he's wonderful for carrying your rucksack, making your tea etc. but don't let him catch you boogying behind his back

Re: Climbing the Devil's Staircase to heaven

What stunning photos! Particularly love the panaromic shot of Glen Coe and Loch Leven. Just the tonic when stuck at home with a poorly dog. Thanks for posting! :D

Re: Ring of Steall

Fantastic Dougie! Love the photo looking back to the ridge :D Long time since I last did that route but one of my favourites. As for the knees, keep taking the tablets. Works for me

Re: Round the Mullardoch lot

Well done BC! Amazing effort  I climbed these in a similar fashion yonks ago but with an ex in tow who carried most of the kit (gotta be useful for something ). Very tough on your own, physically and mentally. You'll be challenging Monty for his hero title next!
