You might already know, but there's also a full description, free OS 1:25000 map with the route marked on and GPS on Walkhighlands here - enjoy the trail when you get to do it weatherman, its a great route

A link to Paul's black grouse lek photos - this was in the Glenlivet area - we've only seen them once out on a walk and a couple of times from the car - always northern Cairngorms/Glenlivet area

You can also print off the OS 1:25,000 maps with the route marked on from the Walkhighlands CWT route description as long as you are happy without the rest of the OS sheet and have somewhere waterproof to stash them - there is info on re-supply on each section as well which may help, some folk have ...
