footpath Shiel Bridge to Kinlochhourn

Does anybody know if there is a walkable footpath through the Bealach a Chasain and then linking up to the path down into Kinlochourn. Walking through there next week and loking to see if theres an alternative to walking over the Bealach dubh leac from glen shiel

Greaeme its also a dream of mine but unfortunately it will have to wait for retirement. For research for backpacking trips I usually refer to Hamish Brown,s mountain walk book or to Chris Townsend Munro and Tops book which can give an idea of the layout and of the through glens.
