thanks to everyone who replied to my post for a new flask ,bought the thermos ultimate and it worked a treat, on top of freezing cold BEN IME on sunday, kept hot till i returned to my car, cheers peterd.

can anyone recommend a good flask that keeps your water warm for more than 6 hrs .fed up drinking cold tea thanks peterd.

would love 2 have got to the top but gale force winds and heavey snow and rain had the beaten of the group turned back about 800mt.still when we got down had nice warm drinks at the green welly,will be back soon 2 do it again.peterd

tried this walk a few times at last succeeded .a lot of hard training this time paid off, still found it hard going with a few blisters to prove.done well to complete walk under the 24hr mark,good team effort 19hrs great to see the sun rising at finnish line.
