Just for info Rekrab I wouldn't say that the Clachaig Gully is the traditional way as there has been several fatalities on this route including someone earlier this year.Also if you check most guide books they recommend descending south of the last summit giving you fine views of the Pap of Glencoe ...

Yes it was a good programme and the filming of the In Pin was excellent.I climbed this 7 years ago and it brought back some memories that's for sure! That's right Paul about Mick Fowler and for all his climbing exploits he has always stuck to his day job.Yes Andrew it's a fine drive especially when the sun is shining.Hope the weather stays good for you monty and you get plenty of time on those fine mountains. :)

Yep I think the vids are ok but I agree with you skuk that once you get some more experience you will be more confident for this type of thing.Also someone who has done the ridge before to go with you and you will be fine.

If you are ever in Llanberis in Wales in the Snowdonia area there is a fine cafe called Petes Eats which is very much orientated for mountain loving people.I finished the 3 peaks there a few years ago and fancied a fried breky,I don't know what it was called but it was a heart attack on a plate! Yep,fair comment HighlandSC.They do 3 types of fried breakfast,the Scottish,the mega Scottish and the Challenge! I went for the mega at 10 in the morning and didn't eat till 5pm.Well worth the £6.
