I think it is more common to get meths in hardware stores, when I have tried supermarkets they don't stock it. So wickes, b and q, homebase or smaller hardware stores are best chance.

I remember Glen may on May day being a great time to see bluebells on iom.

From our travels around Scotland in the last few weeks I think they will be great in most parts at the moment.

That footage really is something else! And the making of it is programme was very interesting. :crazy:

Anyway on Friday after setting off from M, we went up AGB then visited the FOG.

Bass Rock, Bell Rock close enough for me. The museum in Arbroath is excellent and I think it's free too! We were in Arbroath visiting today and could see it except when the oil platform was going past!

It's worth doing some simple regular exercises to strengthen your leg muscles, which in turn puts less strain on your knees. The one that helps me is the back against a wall with your knees at a tight angle. Doing that for a minute each day. Just that made a surprising difference for me. Poles help,...
