Re: Ben Cleuch and King's Seat

You could start and finish at the Mill Glen, go up Ben Cluech first, over Andrew Gannel Hill onto the King's Seat and back down towards Mill Glen? From what I remember King's Seat hill was a pretty boring climb up once your past Castle Campbell. Enjoy :D

Re: Buachaille Etive Mor

Jimmy Saville's house is the white cottage to your right after the bend at the pass of Glencoe, at the bottom of Am Bodach. We always look to see if he is in anytime we pass that way.

Do you know if its just on the Bridge of Balgie side that is bad with snow? Hoping its snow free up to the car park at the NTS at least?

Re: Glas Maol and Creag Leacach (22-01-2010)

Brillant photos, and hardly a sign of the rocks on Ceag Leacach beneath the snow. Did the six munros in high summer with a camp just below Tolmount, stood at the top about ten to midnight, listening to the deer "calling" to one another. Nice to see these hills with their winter coats on. A...

Re: Snowdon's Western Horseshoe

I did this a few years ago, could hardly see a thing, was a great walk and would recommend it if you don't fancy Crib Goch, a lot bigger ridge but still gives a feeling or airyness. :D
