Re: East and West Lomond in the sun and snow

Nice. I cant believe how many hills in the central highlands that you can see these 2 from, and it works in reverse, lovely viewpoint. East Lomond in particular is a firm favourite of mine, very busy hills though....

Guess, there will be some snow, but not sure it will be a great deal, its 40m higher than dumyat, and dumyat was clear today. It has its own carpark just off an A road, you can bet the National Park will ensure all access roads are well clear for easter weekend. Views from Ben A'an will be something...

Goodness, wonder what this hill will look like after the promised huge dump of snow tomorrow, bad enough now eh. Often looked at this hill as a winter pick, but not sure how good the road would be, was it gritted?

:clap: Well done, not an easy one. I was on Beinn Bheag earlier in the week, and was having a good look at this one, think I will have a go from the Succothmore Road, so we will see is its any easier.
