Re: Obstacle course
Storm Arwen has affected most forest walks in Perthshire, Angus and Aberdeenshire and it's going to take a month or two before trails are cleared and back to normal. Many are impassable.

Re: Missing “My Munros” map
This is usually a corrupt file in your browsers cache. Try clearing the cache, or doing a hard refresh on the page (Control+f5 on Chrome, for example)

Re: Littleferry path blocked
We amended our route to avoid this following the report, but saw this sign in Golspie the other day, so anyone who has walked this might want to get in touch with the council.
Hopefully we can get the route back along the coast.

Re: Forum timeywimeyness
I've just switched DST off for everyone. Yes, it frustrates me this is an individual setting as much as it does everyone else!

Re: Haddo Country Park
Thanks - can you point out where we have some incorrect info? I can't find that we refer to ownership of either the house or the country park.

Re: Idea for future functionality: distance from...
Hi Colin. It would be great to do things like this with Google - we used to have driving instructions that worked to get to the start of every route. The technology exists. However, these days it's prohibitively expensive for a busy website like Walkhighlands to make the calls to Google for routing ...

Re: FYI
There's a gap in the fence (presumably gate planned) around 200m west of where the walkhighlands gpx went up; I've moved the route though may not be 100% accurate at the moment as not been to the gap myself - I'm told it's by the little ring contour at 670m. I've also just heard they are going to pu...

Re: Log in problems
There's no difference between the phone and laptop version of Walkhighlands - it's the same pages, just a different style. So as it works on your phone, there is no problem with your account. It does sound like an issue with cookies on your laptop. Since it affects multiple browsers, thinking it may...

Re: deer flies - keds
Though annoying as they are so hard to flick off, they've never bitten me as far as I know. Hope yours get better soon.
