Stuc a Chroin via Beinn Each

black grouse? shrew, deer, grouse. but all on the descent to glen ample, too many dogs up on the ridge to see any wildlife.

Another lockdown outlaw classic in Rob Roy Country.

West Summits of Beinn Eighe

with L.

Detoured from the wh route southwest out of Coire Mhic Fhearcair to ascend the ridge to Sail Mhor. Scrambling was required to get up to SCnC, as the way was blocked by crags (not shown on OS Explorer).

Coulin Munros

no wildlife! very windy day, made the ascent of blm a bit of pain. loved the ascent of sgorr ruadh, nice sensation of upwards progress in contrast to the previous. not enough in the tank, or light in the sky for fuar tholl though.

Coire a'Bhastier with AK

From Sligachan, up in to Coire a Bhasteir, left the corry via scree under Am Basteir to the Bealach na Lice. Detoured to Sgurr a'Bhasteir, and went up Sgurr a Fionn Choire on our return to the ridge - got it right on the second attempt having inadvertantly made for the lesser east summit. Continued ...

Slioch

Slept in car, up after work on Friday. Weather came good, true to forecast, from about midday for the summit and descent. Great views of a mhaighdean, loch fada, et al to the north. Met Kevin mushy, only other walker.
