totally agree about this hill, it was my first real hillwalk a few years ago and went back up it again a couple of years later. I also have a picture of that wee tree growing out of a rock, it hasn`t grown much. We`re thinking of going up there again 2nd/3rd january.

Was on Ben Dorain today, plenty of packed snow up top and is getting colder although didn`t need (nor have) crampons and ice axe but would imagine would have been good practice with them if i did have them. don`t know about the 1 hour 15mins journey time though unless your a crazy speed demon !

i`ve recently started on the cod liver oil capsules, i`m too young for these, waaah, i remember my granny taking them ! seriously been trying to shake off a groin injury from football for a couple of months now, been on the cod for two weeks and i`m feeling ok now, even after my first game of fives ...
