Hi Tomsie

I would be up for this. Not sure what it entails though. I've only ever climbed indoors. Would I need to bring any specialised kit?

Super Dave,
Just a harness and shoes but trainers would do as well, I have the kit to cover what we'll be doing. :)

Re: Lochcarron wild camp

Nice little campsite at the back of the village and a short walk to the pub.
Not sure a wildcamp and close to the pub go together. :)

I'l be joining now, but might go for the campsite, unless a bit of shuffling about can be done as I'm in an all female room. :)

Re: Tally of Munro compleatists

When we did the Pinn, we were told that we did not have to stand on the top, but I too had doubts, that day I was never going to try it, but now I've done a bit more climbing, I will at least try it next time I'm up there. I'll have to do it again sometime, John. I've heard the views are great. Its just such a long drive. See you're on your way to a second round of Munros.

Yeah a long drive, but we had a few days up there.
No plans to complete, nice to walk the hills that I got no views last time.

Re: An Easter foray up North

I thought the easiest was curved ridge to AE ridge, but will have to go back and do AE again. We used Paddy as well, quite kinda fella but very good.
