Carn Chuinneag, Strath Carron, Ardgay

A lovely walk, parking space at the start - did overnight car camp there. Got an early start, still pretty cold but dry and not windy. Lots of Private signs which are a bit off putting and the start of the walk feels as though you walking through someone's grounds and along their drive but not long ...

Carn na Glaisneach and Carn Bad na Caorach off the Dava

Two small hills off the Dava Way. 3.5 km walk in on the Dava. Track most of the way to first summit and then 1km across trackless heather plateau to second summit and back again
Very windy but not too icy and no snow. Lovely views of snow topped Cairngorms.
Lovely and quiet, a stretch of the legs

Little Wyvis the easy way

Landowner signs are a little off putting saying CCTV surveillance nearly all the way up. One sign said beware of shooting and gave a mobile number to ring for landowners permission.
