They are great shots. If you're happy with them, then who cares about contests? External recognition is great, but ultimately it's subjective and depends a lot on what is the hot thing at the time in the industry. I doubt any of my photographs would win prizes, but they bring back great memories and...

I've done it a few times. Technically, the route is straightforward with no significant difficulties. A little bit more hands-on than the AE I'd say, although a bit easier than Curved Ridge or Barn Wall. No massive exposure; it's fairly graded in my opinion.
